Guru utilizes many of the latest
features found within the Windows operating system. Unlike traditional "all-in-one" packages, Guru is
a modular system that utilizes the power of ActiveX communication which allows you to add new functionality to
your existing system in seconds.
Although Guru is not a processor-intensive application, you can truly enjoy the benefits of this CMMS by ensuring
that your system(s) meet the following requirements:

SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

Microsoft DAO / ADO drivers. Many
systems today have these drivers already installed. If not, you can download the MDAC installation from this site. |

Many systems today have these files already installed. If you do not have these files, then download the VB Dependency

Depending on your system configuration, the number of users, and data locations, we recommend at least 30 megabytes
of free space per work station, or a server with at least 50 megabytes of free space. |

An active internet connection (optional.)
This is only required to utilize the active hyper-links within the program. The system does not utilize the internet
in any way to retrieve data from our servers, or from any other source. It is not required whatsoever. |
NETWORKING
Guru is 100% Network compliant and can run on Novell Netware and Microsoft Networking. Configurable data path support
for dedicated server(s).
NOTE FOR WINDOWS NT
3.51 USERS:
Attempting to run an application created with Visual Basic 6.0 on a machine with Windows NT 3.51 installed, results
in the following error: "Wrong version of operating system, Requires Windows NT 4.0 (build 1381 with Service
Pack 3 or above), or Windows 95 (build 708 or above)." Upgrading your OS is required.
